General Meeting. National Popular Vote Compact Study--This study is for LWV US. The study leaders will be Bill Osak and Newell Bringhurst. A National Popular Vote Compact would provide a way to choose the President by popular vote without amending the Constitution.The pros and cons of this issue will be discussed and consensus questions will be answered. Annual Membership Meeting. The speaker will be Richard M. Moss. He is the Vice President for Water Resources for the civil engineering consulting firm of Provost & Pritchard Engineering Group, Inc. His organization assists local and regional water agencies and others in the development of water management plans, programs, and funding to meet current and future water needs.

Mr. Moss will provide an overview of the water supply in our area and steps toward conservation.

There will be a short business meeting.
